Mandrel Bent Titanium 90° Bend, 3.0" Elbow (Polished)

Use this mandrel bent section of titanium pipe for any fabrication project. This is an elbow section with a 1.0 mm wall. The legs do not extend beyond the mandrel bend.

This Titanium tube has been polished to a near mirror finish which is extremely difficult to do with titanium. This is due to the metals high strength, ductility, and low thermal conductivity. It wears down abrasives quickly and is prone to smearing or burning from friction heat. Our polishing process gives you the highest quality finish possible for titanium.

This piece works extremely well for intercooler piping, intake piping, or any build where strength, corrosion resistance, and ultra-low weight matter. Titanium offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio while remaining naturally resistant to rust, oxidation, and high-heat environments.

The titanium is TA1 Commercially Pure (CP) Titanium. Grade 1 titanium is known for its high ductility, outstanding corrosion resistance, and excellent weldability, making it a top choice for intake and intercooler systems that need to withstand vibration, temperature swings, and long-term use. The pipe has a clean, mirror finish with no coating applied.

It can be installed as-is or cut down by the installer to achieve a perfect fit. It can also be sectioned into multiple pieces, giving you outstanding versatility and value for custom fabrication work.
