We are located behind the UnderPressure Power & Performance building facing Terminal Ave, our door is marked 100.

We are primarily an internet company and our address is a working shipping warehouse, not a retail location! So we cannot allow you past the front office and cannot allow you to handle merchandise before an order is placed. Personnel in our facility are not able to place your order, take your payment, help you select parts, or answer questions. Customer service is now remote; please use our Contact form and we will do our best to answer any questions. You may pick up an order you have placed online, use our courtesy computer to place an order, or leave a return for processing if it contains your Order ID.

Our warehouse is also not guaranteed to be open during any particular hours. The best time to try is 8 AM - 3 PM, Tuesday through Friday, excluding postal holidays.

You are welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse, however, customers can not enter, shop or browse in the shipping area for insurance and zoning reasons.
